Who We Are

Apartment Development Services, Ltd. was established in 2001 to provide multifamily development expertise to clients across the southern region of the United States. The principals of Apartment Development Services have considerable experience in developing housing ranging from single family lots for first time home buyers to lots for upper-end custom home buyers to multifamily housing properties, both in the affordable and market rate arenas, as well as assisted living facilities for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia patients. Outside of the residential arena, the principals of Apartment Development Services have formed and worked through affiliated companies on successful projects including brokerage, financing, and commercial and retail leasing and management.

Jarrett R. Woods
Jarrett Woods came to work for Real Estate Development Services (an Apartment Development Services affiliate) in 2002 as an analyst for single family lot development deals. Since that time, he has been involved in property management, development, brokerage, and financing.

Pamela K Woods
Ms. Woods founded the company in 2001 with, and is the owner of the company.
